Most people aren’t worried about how they look in a swimsuit right now.
They aren’t looking to “lose the last 10 pounds.”
And they aren’t saying: “Today’s #1 priority: nailing my macros!”
Those goals?
They were a 2019 luxury.
These days, people are much more interested in just getting through the day—without feeling so overwhelmed, worried, and exhausted.
They want to feel like themselves again.
And between school disruptions and work anxiety… government mandates and health fears… stress-filled days and sleepless nights… they’re yearning to take back some control over their lives.
(Maybe you can relate.)
Make no mistake: Nutrition and fitness are more important than ever. But the reality is this: People’s needs and wants have changed. A lot.
So what can MACHINES do?
We obviously can’t change what’s happening in a person’s world. Or make their stress and anxiety magically disappear.
But as coaches, we can help folks take back control.
How? By helping them build the skills they need to effectively adapt to stress and feel more confident they can handle any obstacle coming their way.
You might be thinking, ‘Really? Can a coach actually do all that?’
The answer is YES.
The answer is also: WE HAVE TO.
Because if we don’t help people learn to manage their stress and anxiety… improve their sleep… and successfully recharge their minds and bodies…
… eating better and exercising regularly are going to seem nearly impossible to them.
