  • Can you Just do classes?: Of course, many of our clients only do classes. In fact, many have switched from using a PT at alternative gyms as they have found they can achieve far better results with MACHINES group coaching.
  • Do the people in your posts do classes or PT: Some do one or the other, some do both. Generally what people really want to know is "what kind of results can I expect from my training". To give you an idea, our group sessions are so effective that many people have switched from using a PT at alternative gyms to come and work with us on a class as they have found they can achieve far better results with MACHINES group coaching. That said said our PT clients achieve results on average 4 times quicker than those who do classes alone.
  • Is there a Contract: Every member has the option to either pay month by month for Coaching at MACHINES or enjoy discounts for greater commitment.
  • What is the minimum commitment: Your minimum commitment to a class is one month
  • Discounts: We offer a price plan that accounts for holidays and absence, it's cheaper and ideal for those with long term goals, (rolling 3 months notice).
  • Are your sessions for both Men and Women: At MACHINES we train everybody
  • How much does it cost to receive coaching from MACHINES: Coaching at MACHINES starts from £44 per month, we also reward those who train with us more frequently with lower costs per session and we offer referral incentives which means some members don't pay for coaching at all!
  • Can I just come and do my own thing: No, much of our equipment is highly specialist and requires training to use properly. Our facility is a bespoke and exclusive environment. This allows our team to ensure a safe and productive environment for all. Training with us is like joining a fitness family, no one has to go it alone and we all support one another.
Which Class Is Best For Me?
Re-introduction to fitness : MACHINES Start
  • Are you pretty new to exercise or has it been a while: Todays work and life environment leaves most people with postural distortions, poor flexibility and generally low fitness levels. Gone are the days where we had to track down and catch our meal! At MACHINES we build your fitness like one would build a house. That is with a solid foundation! There is so much to learn when you first start with fitness, having a coach to guide you through every aspect in a supportive and understanding way is invaluable.
  •  Are you carrying an injury: Sometimes we all need to take a step back and work on making ourselves whole. If you have a nagging injury thats holding you back then its imperative that you work on improving your foundation before you begin to build up the demands on your body. 
Intermediate: MACHINES Main sequence
  • You have built up a good foundation and are ready for a challenge: having completed our start program, you now know how to move correctly and the importance of stretching, nutrition and daily activity. Now its time to join our main sequence of training where you will enjoy building the best version of yourself.
  •  No major injuries: Don't worry if you aren't "perfect..." Very few of us are! All our main sequence sessions are ran by highly qualified coaches who know how to adapt our programs to specifically work for you and your needs. However, some injuries require rehabilitation and or a slower paced program like our "start" line up. Our coaching team will advise what is best for you.
Advanced: MACHINES Elite
  • By invitation only...These classes are the most advanced training we do outside of PT. To gain access to one of these classes you must either "try out" or be invited by our coaching team.

  • Your holidays: We expect you will also be away 5 weeks of the year
  • Everything else: Whilst sessions are available 47 Wk/Yr you are only paying for just 30! (The deals even better the more classes you do)
